A Nice Stay with Friendly Service
The room was immaculate and well-maintained. The culinary experience was excellent. The grilled salmon was a highlight! Restaurant staff, especially Mrs Mary. Great choice for family trips!

The continental breakfast was delicious, had plenty of options. I loved the room, the bed was comfortable. Location: the hotel was near to Sohar for more than 4 months and the Mercure on a couple of occassions travelling between Dubai and sultan qaboos grand mosque.

Lunch underwhelming. Cold, pre-made chapatis. Alcohol restrictions inconvenient, especially meal-time limits. Be wary of hidden ingredients in meals, as allergies can cause trouble.

The room was clean, comfortable, and adequately equipped with essentials like a kettle and mini-bar. Air conditioning worked well, keeping the room cool. The poolside area was well laid out and a nice spot to relax, although some guests left their tables messy, less inviting. The staff, particularly Ms. Kholoud at reception, greeted me warmly and were helpful when needed. I appreciated the variety at breakfast, but the dining options for lunch and dinner could be improved. The food quality was average and lacked authentic flavors. One downside was the late alcohol service at 6 PM, which feels restrictive during mealtime. I enjoyed the key amenities but hope the dining experience becomes more appealing.

The staff were heaps friendly, but the dining options could do with more authentic dishes for variety and quality. Breakfast was a highlight though!

The ambiance and atmosphere were good, upgraded with the attentiveness of staff members like Miss Mary at the restaurant, who greeted guests with a warm smile. The culinary selection was diverse, particularly the excellent seafood buffet offered on Wednesdays. The housekeeping staff demonstrated punctuality and professionalism, the room was impeccably clean throughout my stay.
No significant drawbacks were encountered .

I had a fantastic 7-night stay! The breakfast buffet was a highlight, offering so many delicious choices that I looked forward to every morning. The spacious rooms were comfortable, and I especially loved the attentive service from the restaurant staff. Unfortunately, the AC wasn't quite as effective as I'd hoped, sticking to cold air regardless of the setting. I would definitely choose to stay here again, as I enjoyed my experience!
